Heated to 28°C year-round. Open 6am to 10pm. Towel service from the deck attendant.

Two treatment rooms, steam, plunge and a quiet relaxation lounge. Same-day appointments most days.
The restaurant
Open 7am — 11pm, breakfast through last service. Levantine plates and a short wine list. Open to walk-ins.
Gym & movement room
Technogym kit, free weights, two yoga mats and a Pilates reformer. Open 24 hours to in-house guests.
Business centre
Two private meeting rooms, gigabit fibre and a small print station. Bookable by the hour from the desk.
Valet parking
Underground secure valet on arrival. Two lifts to all floors. EV charging on lower ground.
The concierge
Tables, tickets, drivers, a doctor at three in the morning. We pre-arrange before you arrive when you ask.

Mediterranean breakfast served 7 to 11am, and in-room from 6.30am with a 24-hour notice. Always part of the rate.

A daily menu, quietly Levantine.
The kitchen runs a short, rotating menu pinned to whatever is good that morning at the central market. Open from breakfast through last service. Wine list is small, biodynamic-leaning, mostly Lebanese and Italian.
Private dining room for parties of six to fourteen, by request.
A spa, on its own floor.
Two treatment rooms, a hammam, steam, plunge and a relaxation lounge facing the city. Therapists are sourced from the same team year-round, not rotated. Treatments are 60, 90 or 120 minutes and include a finish in the lounge.

A small block,
on a quiet street.
Twelve minutes from the airport, six from the metro and two from the corniche. Near enough to the city to be in it, far enough to sleep.
The hotel sits on a low-traffic street in Your Area, set back from the boulevard behind a row of mature ghaf trees. Most of the rooms face the courtyard rather than the road — even the ones at the front are dual-glazed and quiet.
The neighbourhood is mixed and walkable: a small park and a coffee roaster two minutes south, a fish market on the corniche, the metro at the boulevard, and a cluster of independent restaurants on the parallel street. The beach is a short cab away. The financial district, twelve minutes by car off-peak.
Drivers are arranged by the desk on request. Airport pick-up is available at any hour for a flat fee.
