Welcome to the floor. Your first session is booked for Tuesday 02 June, 6:30am — boxing fundamentals with Coach. The session runs 50 minutes, mat work plus pad work, no sparring on day one.
Bring tape for your wrists, a litre of water, training shoes you can move in. We have wraps and gloves on the rack — borrow a pair for the first two weeks while you find your fit.
If anything changes, message the desk. Otherwise we see you Tuesday.
