Following sign-off on the contract last week, this letter confirms the kickoff for your project. The first site walk is scheduled for Tuesday 02 June at 09:00, with the project director on site for the full hour.

Zero compromise.

The design freeze is set for 20 June. Anything you'd like changed — finishes, layouts, MEP routing — please send before that date. After freeze, changes go through written variation only.

You'll receive a weekly progress note every Friday and a monthly cost report the first business day of the month. The schedule is fixed at the back of the contract; we hold to it.
