The opportunity
Healthcare hiring in the region runs on PDFs, WhatsApp groups, and disconnected portals. Lilva's brief was to collapse the messy bits — license verification, credential transfer, role matching — into one product professionals actually trust.
What we built
A bilingual platform with three connected portals — talent, clinic, and admin — over a single Postgres model. Verified credential uploads, license transfer workflows, role-based offer pipelines, and a public job marketplace at lilva.ae.
How it ships
Next.js + TypeScript end-to-end, multi-tenant by design, hosted on the edge for the GCC. Authentication, document storage, role-based access and audit logs were on the spec sheet from day one.
