These Terms govern your use of Yaumi(the “Service”), built and operated by Admix Lab. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18 you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

2. Account

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account.

3. Acceptable use

• Don't use the Service to break the law.
• Don't attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the Service.
• Don't upload content you don't have the right to share.

4. Content

You retain ownership of content you create in Yaumi. You grant us the licenses necessary to operate the Service on your behalf (storage, backup, display in your account).

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. You can stop using the Service at any time and delete your account from within the app.

6. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Admix Lab is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
